Chicago Criminal Defense
John Paul Carroll believes that every client has a right to immediately know what the attorney’s fees will be in any criminal case. These fees are fair and reasonable and are payable at the time representation of the client is accepted. John Paul Carroll will stand behind his fee agreement, no matter how long the representation or trial may take.
Misdemeanor/drunk driving :: $4,000
Defense of felony charges :: $15,000
Defense in a murder prosecution :: $30,000
Defense in a death penalty case :: $50,000
Please be aware that these fees are what John Paul Carroll charges, and there are other attorneys who will require less money for their representation. If cost is your main concern then you should call other attorneys until you find a cheaper one.
Chicago Private Detective Services
Mr. Carroll is a licensed private detective in Naperville, IL and has operatives throughout the Chicago area and the entire state. With his unique background as a police officer, and current experience as a lawyer, he knows the law. He understands the implications of an improperly conducted private investigation and so he aggressively, yet carefully, conducts this work. He directly supervises all investigations of his operatives.
Fees for the private investigation services are $100.00 an hour, with a minimum of three hours per case assignment.
