Mr. Carroll is a licensed private detective in Illinois, and has operatives throughout Naperville, Chicago, and the entire state. With his unique background as a Chicago police officer, and current experience as a lawyer, he knows the law. He understands the implications of an improperly conducted private investigation and so he aggressively, yet carefully, conducts this work. He directly supervises all investigations of his operatives.
Fees for the private investigation services are $100.00 an hour, with a minimum of three hours per case assignment.
